We value your satisfaction and strive to make our cooperation experience hassle-free. Our warranty and return policy allows you the flexibility to return items which are confirmed with batch problem during manufacturing. Please review the following conditions:
General Defective Rate
Compatible ink cartridge: less than 1%
Remanufactured ink cartridge: less than 2%
Compatible toner cartridge: less than 1%
Remanufactured toner cartridge: less than 1.5%
General Warranty Period
Compatible ink/toner cartridge: 1.5 years warranty
Remanufactured ink/toner cartridge: 1 year warranty
(According to industry practice, please note that the chip non- recognition problem caused by printer firmware updated is not in this warranty. We willprovide the necessary chip update program if the chip can meet the upgradeconditions.)
Return Period
We offer a return period of up to 30 days for an RMA.
Company credit/exchange is available for up to 90 days.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
All returns/exchanges require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
To obtain an RMA:
- Please complete the form with your email address and purchase order number,
- Model and quality of this RMA,
- Detailed description of quality problems, attach relevant photos or videos showing part no. and tracing no. of ink/toner cartridge,
- Photos or videos of printing quality problem,
- A customer service agent may contact you for additional information.
Solutions
Within 15 days we will give customer a solution if enough proofs are provided by the customer. We will decide if the defective goods need to be shipped back to China or not. If the defective goods finally need to be shipped back, please pack them in good condition suitable for transportation and give us the necessary documents for importing into China.
***Important Note:***
Ensure items are returned in the original packaging in a re-saleable condition. Protect the packaging from damage during shipping.
If your request is accepted: You will receive an email with return shipping instructions. Merchandise must be returned 100% complete, in the original packaging, with all manuals, and other accessories.
Acceptance Criteria
- All returned products must meet acceptance criteria beforeissuing a credit or replacement.
- If a returned product does not meet the criteria, we'll try to contact you for return or disposal. Unreachable customers may lead to disposal after 30 days.
***Criteria for Acceptance:***
- All Merchandise:
- Must have a valid RMA.
- Must contain more than 50% of the item’s capacity.
- Non-Defective Merchandise:
- Subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Must be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Must be unused and in re-saleable condition.
- Defective Merchandise:
- Must be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Credit or replacement after investigation.
- Imaging Drums:
- No returns if the imaging drum is installed and used.
- No returns after 6 months from the purchase date.
