What are the functions of toner parts

1. Toner Bin
The toner powder is stored in the toner bin.
2. Stirring Rod
The "vibration-free" toner cartridge includes a set of stirring rods that loosen and allow the toner to flow freely. After clicking "Print", the initially deposited toner is agitated in the developing unit and pushed towards the developing roller during inflation and partial charging.
3. Doctor Blade
When the toner is piled up on the developing roller, the toner passes under the developing doctor blade, making the toner thickness constant on the developing roller.
4. Developing Roller
When the printer is started, the charging roller charges the opc drum, and then the developing roller adsorbs the toner and passes it to the opc drum.
5. PCR
The PCR is a multi-layer roller shaft, and its main function is to evenly add the charge to the OPC drum in order to prepare the imaging drum to receive new images.
6. OPC Drum
The imaging OPC drum is a thin-walled aluminum cylinder coated with a specially colored light guide substance. The laser illuminates the surface of the imaging OPC drum, forming a row of images at a time.
7. Wipe Blade
When the image is transferred to paper, the wipe blade comes into contact with the drum and scrapes off any remaining toner, dust, and paper fibers. There will always be a small amount of toner left on the drum. The toner acts as a lubricant for the wipe blade to prevent damage to the OPC drum.
8. Waste Toner Bin
Residual toner particles, and other debris picked up during the transfer process, are scraped off by the cleaning wipe blade and deposited in the waste toner bin.
